Processing Time

Every item is handmade to order in our small workshop in Varna, Bulgaria.

Current processing time: Approximately 2 weeks before dispatch.

Estimated Shipping Times

• United States & Canada: 5–8 business days

• Europe: 3–5 business days

We do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier and customs processing.

Customs & Import Taxes

United States: 🇺🇸 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is included. All applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid, so U.S. customers will not pay any additional customs fees or import charges upon delivery.

Other countries: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
